Executive Trainings Digitisation

We help you to become a digital industry leader. Is your industry undergoing digital transformation? Even digital disruption? Your company has started to redesign processes, develop digital services or add digital features to existing products? But you are wondering in which direction to continue?

Then Prof. Armbrüster is YOUR contact. He was at Stanford University in 2002, visits SiliconValley once or twice a year and is closely connected with companies there. He observes how artificial intelligence, machine learning, Big Data, predictive analytics, perceptual computing, connectivity and virtual reality affect value creation and designs customised workshops for companies in Germany.

Here is an example of the content of a digital leadership workshop, in this case with a German automotive supplier:

> Digital Customer Experience: Practice Leadership (Early Adopter) and Thought Leadership (Digital Visionary) in Automative Supply
> Leading Employees Digitally: Leading Employees in Home Offices; Leading Digital Natives; The Tools of Leading Digitally
> Digital Value Chain: Automative Supply Learning from Silicon Valley
> Digital Transformation: Best Practices in Automative Supply; Learning from Others

Digital industry leadership Trainings

The basis for achieving digital industry leadership is knowledge of technological trends and the particular cultures that enable these trends.

Learning Journeys in Silicon Valley / USA

The driver is and remains Silicon Valley in the USA.
The world view of Silicon Valley is already dominated by autonomous driving cars from Google and other disruptive companies. Yes, this is very disconcerting to watch.
Nevertheless, robots as well as autonomously driving cars will soon be a reality. Since then, it should be clear to all of us how far behind Germany is.

Become the digital leader in your industry.

With us, you have the opportunity to get to know the trends there and get a personal impression on site.

Our customised, week-long learning trips to Silicon Valley – alongside workshops for your leaders in collaboration with high-tech companies, start-ups and research institutions – crystallise your thinking for the digital future.

Trainings on digital employee management

Much like we use Whatsapp to communicate in a private context, there are a number of apps that make it much easier for you to manage your staff. Slack is just one of many examples. We will introduce you to the possibilities and familiarise you with the tools and apps.

Most managers’ staff are spread across several buildings, locations or even countries. Communication with Direct Reports takes place via telephone, conference calls, video conferences or apps such as Slack. Face-to-face meetings often take place only a few times a year. This requires very special skills and styles in employee management, which we teach in our trainings.

You know the discussion: Generation Z (Millennials) have a different system of values and different professional ideas than Generation X. This must be reflected in the way employees are managed:.

– Stereotypes about the generations and their truthfulness.
– How Generation Z employees want to contribute.
– How to make a difference for Generation Z employees.
– How to achieve the best with Generation Z employees.
